Focusing-oriented psychotherapy
Focusing is a type of body-oriented
approach to wellbeing originated by Dr Eugene Gendlin. When Focusing is
used in the framework of therapy, it is called Focusing-oriented
psychotherapy. Focusing can be used in other ways, not merely by
psychotherapists. There are thousands of people who engage in
peer-Focusing having gone through a basic training and choosing to form
a partnership with a fellow-focuser.
I have found that Focusing is an effective
way to combine with the type of work I do in the realm of the Sensation
Method of homeopathy.

Focusing please visit my blog:

For those who care to read academic style
please click here to
read a paper I wrote on Focusing during my studies of psychology in
college. It is a good introduction to Focusing, through the filter I
view it and ways it relates to my work and my understanding of its
approach.
Currently I am working toward a combination
of the Sensation Method and Focusing-oriented inquiry. Please stay tuned
for further developments. Again, the best place to follow it is my blog.
I sincerely welcome your thoughts and comments on this process. If you
have questions, thoughts, ideas or just a friendly tap on the shoulder,
because you think it is a worthy direction - do let me know!
